Jordan works closely with hedge funds, REITs, and publicly traded companies to structure high-performing real estate deals that deliver lasting value. He is also a partner in a Grammy-winning, multi-platinum music production company and plays an active role in healthcare innovation and clinic operations across Canada. Jordan attended the University of Guelph and brings a cross-industry mindset to every venture he leads.

Russell Tanz

Chief Executive Officer at Tempus Capital Inc. Russell Tanz has over 30 years of real estate experience in Canada and the U.S. He has managed billions in assets and significant deals. As President and CEO of Revenue Properties Company Limited (formerly on the TSX), he led a portfolio valued over $1.5 billion, developing and managing 4 million square feet of commercial space and making the company one of Canada’s top property firms. He also served as a Director at Pan Pacific Retail Properties (NYSE: PNP), which was later sold for around $4 billion. His work has significantly influenced major retail and mixed-use developments in North America.

Russell also served as a Director of Pan Pacific Retail Properties (NYSE: PNP), a U.S.-based REIT later acquired for approximately $4 billion. Throughout his career, he has been pivotal in shaping major retail and mixed-use developments, contributing to the Tanz family legacy as one of the most influential forces in North American real estate.

Mario Gosselin

Mario Gosselin is a business magnate from Trois-Riviere, Quebec with expertise and extensive experience managing large operations. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting sciences from the University of Quebec obtaining an MBA from the University of Concordia.

Mario was a member of the board of directors for KPLP and the Food and Consumer Products of Canada. In October of 2012, he was appointed CEO of KPLP where he has continued to illustrate the value of his leadership ability. In the first four years following Mario Gosselin’s appointment, KPLP experienced a seamless transition to a public company and saw a 30% ($300M) increase in sales to $1.2B in 2016, making Kruger Inc. Canada's #1 tissue manufacturer. 


During his tenure as CEO of KPLP, Kruger Products was named amongst the best-managed companies in Canada, one of the top employers in Canada, and most recently the #2 company by Forbes magazine.

Nick Levenstein

Nick is a financial and IT expert, computer programmer, investor, and entrepreneur from Chicago, Illinois who is fluent in four languages: English, Japanese, Italian, and French. He attended Yale in 1989 and received an MBA in 2000 from UCLA. Nick also studied at the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.

Nick is experienced in corporate acquisitions and buyouts. In just 6 years as founder of a commercial lender securing loans through automotive retail installment contracts (car loans or "RIC"), he created multi-million dollars in revenue growth and a balance sheet spreading across multiple states. Nick successfully ran a real estate division with hard money and mezzanine debt loans in several states including a mixed-use condo development in Chicago.


From August 2014 through December 2016, Nick was the Buyout LLC Manager of BSM 2nd Street, LLC (also “Blank Spaces” or “Santa Monica Coworking”) in Santa Monica, California where he gained intangible experience in corporate investment.
